Leasing office and pool area is much better than the apartments and that gate is forever open. Not a safe environment at all for your family especially kids. When you ask to speak to corporate you can't get noone the leasing office tell you lies. If corporate reads this their number need to be available to resident incase we have concern and need to take our action a step further. I've lived at Banyan Bay for almost a year and can say that I was swindled by the great reviews on this page. Not only is there a massive German roach problem in my apartment but the front gate has been locked a grand total of two times in the last nine months that I've lived here. The management will say that they fix or are having things in the community fixed but that isn't true.

The landscaping is gorgeous and well maintained. There are 2 ponds with fountains, ducks and a peacock lives here too!. There are 2 big swimming pools and an exercise room. As a pet owner myself I love that they have 2 fenced-in dog parks that let my dog run free whenever he wants. They also supply puppy pouches and dog waste stations everywhere. There are 2 laundry facilities although most apartments have laundry in the unit.
